Extension and refurbishment

Originally a dated chalet bungalow, a redesign by Invent Architects provided a sleek modern look, using different external materials to create a stand out result. The final design maximised the beautiful sea views.

This full house refurbishment included substantial extensions, creating three bedrooms, a living room, open plan kitchen diner, dressing room, and four bathrooms.

The refurbishment provided many challenges during the build, due to the beach location with various access restrictions.
